Forgot Password and Security Answer

hi,

  i had forgot my original accounts password and security answer. so, i can't reseting password. now, how can i access my original account?

 please help me.

i have clicked the forgotten password. when find a email with link. i cliked this link. but there asking for security question answer.

Please read this link. You can also reset the security question by selecting the Forgot Security Question reset link on the security form.

My name is Angela Kim Martin. I had to create a new profile in order to get help getting back into my actual freelancer account. I forgot my password. However, when I clicked on the link in my email to change my password, it asked for my security question. I thought my security question was "what's your favorite pet's name" or something similar. However, I was asked to name my favorite song. I have don't remember setting that as my security question, so I don't have an answer. 

 

Can you please assist me in getting back into my account. I need to upload my picture and finish updating my profile. The email address for my actual account is: **Edited for Community Guidelines**

Can you also help me, I forgot my security question and password. But can access email. I had to borrow my brothers account for a minute to fix my problem. My email is **Edited for Community Guidelines**. I am not referring to this account since its my brothers account. I was not in upwork for 2016 because I had a 1 year Casino contract. And now I am planning to return, I cant access my account. I saw my email there are expired offer and it saddned me, please help me regain my account. 😞

 You just risked your brother's account and your account. It is a MAJOR policy violation to sign into someone else's account or to let someone use your account. 

 

Given that a mod will be able to chime in on your problem.

Then tell me how can I access support when I cant access my account right? It is also a violation to duplicate an account which is what I am avoiding. So if you can advice other way to contact you guys for an answer then it will make sense to not bother borrowing "for a while my borthers account, just for the sake of this concern". I saw some of here facing same problem as mine are creating duplicate account just to contact support, I think its a major violation too. I dont see anything wrong when my brother has an authority to used it for this purposes. We have different laptop and if an i.d or video verification is needed for our truthfulness, we can do it right now.

Jenille, an agent will contact you directly via email and assist you with resetting your Security question and accessing your account. Please, log out of your brother's account had have your brother update his password.

Thal, when you regain access to your account, I suggest you re-write your profile to make it 100% original, which it definitely is not.
