forgot the security question and email is lost as well

Hi ,

As a Member of IOITSOL Agency, My partner Ali Arsan has Upwork account with the email of freelance@ioitsol.com, Currently, Our domain is not working so Email Accounts also not working. We are unable to login in to our email but have the Upwork password but he forgot security questions. Is there any way to restore that account via phone or any other way?

Please help me with that

He tried this link but this link is redirecting him to login when he enter the email & password its again asking for security question or sending 6 digit code to his email(which is not working right now, Because it's like example@agencyname.com and domain is expired  now)

and domain renewal, Its cost is gone very high now that's why he is unable to buy it.
