fraud client how can i get my payment? and avoid bad review

On Sun, Feb 19, 2023. I get my first message from the client. It was a UI re-design project. I see her review today and she does almost a similar type of work with another freelancer.

Now someone help me, how can I contact with Upwork team? for avoiding a bad review?

I don't quite understand what you are asking.
What customer message and about what?
Is the contract hourly or fixed price?
Why do you need to contact CS?
