freelancer plus plan

When i move to freelancer plus plan from basic. i recieve 74 connects instead of 80. Why is that

Same here, I tried to upgrade my plan yesterday however only 73 connects were received, now I will try to dispute this since I'm not the only one who experienced it.

Hi Angelo,

Thank you for your message. If you upgrade your membership plan after your billing date, you receive Connects pro-rata for the remaining days of your billing cycle. You should be receiving full Connects from the next billing cycle. You can check your billing cycle here.
