I transfer fund to my local bank account at 14 aug 01:00 am but still fund is not transfered.

 Good because you would be wasting your own and their time.

International bank transfers are not instant. It takes a few days, so just be patient and if your funds have not arrived in your bank account after 8 days, try contacting Support again, but not before.

 It takes a few days. International bank transfers are not instant. It takes 3 to 5 business days, so just be patient.
