funds not arrived in geepay

Hello,
I made a withdrawal using direct to local account  Up until now, I haven't gotten my funds yet. 

Usually, when I make a withdrawal, I get an email saying that the payment has been processed and I often do get my payment within 6-7 hours. However, it's been over 72 hours now and nothing yet. 

Is there a problem? Would appreciate a quick response. Thanks

Please know that funds will arrive in your bank account within two to five business days from ACH deposits (Automatic Clearing House). Processing and clearing times vary widely from bank to bank. Bank holidays can also delay your funds.
