get paid without vat number

Hello i did one work via upwork but i want to stop. I want withdraw my money without a vat number how can i do it? Thanks.

Hi Antoine, 

Once you have filled-in your Form W-8BEN completely, you should be able to withdraw your earnings on Upwork. 

When a freelancer submits a valid, EU formatted VAT number to Upwork we don't charge VAT. If you don't have a VAT number, you will be charged VAT on your freelancing services. You may read about it here.
