Hello. I finished a project. The customer also rewarded me after releasing $ 50. But $ 50 has not been added to my account yet and income history has been added but not to the original amount. What is the reason? When will this money be added to my balance?

Hi Saeed,

I checked and it looks like the funds you are referring to are already in the 'Pending' tab of the Reports page. This represents the standard security hold period in which funds cannot be withdrawn. Please note that payments for fixed-price milestones (and bonuses) have a 5-day security period from the time payment is made to funds availability.
