Hi,

I completed a translation work and we agreed for a $60 fees but the client deposited $30 only in escrow. How can I claim the remaining amount?

You made a mistake. But that is okay!

Now you know that you should only work for fully funded milestones.

There is no button to push to get the remaining money.

If you want to, you are allowed to message the client to as him to pay you the remaining money. But you are not obligated to do that.

Eve, always check for funded milestones. I have only 2 clients who provide new milestones practically every day, so for them, I no longer bother checking. Everyone else is money up front.
