I have a doubt regarding hourly contract. My payment is in review period and if I ask the client to end the contract, as the work is successfully completed, will it any way affect my payment which is in review period?

Do what I do. Ask the client to end the contract if there are no more tasks for you to do now.

Does NOT affect your payment.
