My client, Alexis Petersen at Colibri Group (**Edited for Community Guidelines**), asked me to try to resolve a payment problem directly with Upwork. I am owed $605 total ($550 + $5 + $50) for work completed during April 2020. I've attached screen grabs that demonstrate the discrepencies in pay, and the problem.
