having problem in name of ID card and Upwork

i am having problem that i have only first name on ID card and on bank account , but on upwork  they are asking to enter last name also and i dont have last name.. How could i sort out this problem?

As you have only one name, you can add your name in both the 'First name' and 'Last name' fields. Let us know if you need further help.
