The Upwork team can introduce translator(s) to the client(s), I got that chance before, but finally, the decision still belongs to the client(s).

Unfortunately, Upwork is becoming a difficult platform to get jobs. 

It was better some years ago (I worked here for 12 years) but now also for me is very difficult to get a good job, there are scammers, cheap works, a lot of freelancers wanting to accept low bids, or boosting bids, that it means they are paying Upwork for sending a proposal instead of receiving money for completing a job.

You are right, we are posting this problem for a long time, but there is not a solution coming from Upwork.
