hy,
i want to delete this account permanently from servers so that i can create a new one because im out of connects and i cant buy cuz i dont have any orders here.
i am graphic a graphic designer and JS programmer

can i make a new account using the same pc and internet?

Hi Hamza,

Freelancers are allowed to have only one account. Opening more than one is a violation of our TOS. Regarding connects, this will depend on your location but all freelancers can purchase connects with a credit card or a prepaid card. Thank you.

Hamza,

You may not have more than one account on Upwork, whatever way you look at it. Nor may you open another account using a false identity.

If another person has an Upwork account and uses your PC, their account has to be completely separate from yours.

Sooner or later you will be required to verify your identity.
