hi, i need help.

It looks like after receiving finalizing one work with the client, when he offered job to me i could not accept it due to the technical issue i was facing.I have had sent him the screenshot also. After 4-5 hours he cancelled my offer and assign it to another freelancer, my issue started from there. until this event i was frequently receiving job interviews and getting work.after this event it stopped. even after my score is 94% i am not getting work. is there anything i can do to resolve this which was not my fault but due to technical issue from upwork.

Firstly, you not being able to accept an offer is not connected to you not getting new jobs. Better, more targeted proposals can win you jobs.

Secondly, if you were unable to accept an offer due to a technical glitch, you should have contacted support instead of sending a screenshot to the client. The client is not responsible for solving any issues that you might have with the interface.
