hourly rate

Hi there!

I can't manage my hourly rate and as a result, I can't submit any proposal.

In fact, I don't even have an opportunity to change it, as there is no pencil icon near the hourly rate information (please, see the attached file below)

It would be great to get the guideline with the instructions on how to do it 🙂

Hi Irene,

The reason why you can't edit your hourly rate is because you`re an exclusive member of the agency. In this case, only the agency owner can update your hourly rate.

Could you also advise me on how the agency owner can change the hourly
rate, as we have some difficulties with that as well.

Hi Irene,

The Agency owner will need to open the agency profile > hoover over the hourly rate of the agency > click on the pencil case > click on the edit option on their end. Thank you.
