I am working on a contract and this is 3rd time i am facing an issue because of upwork website bug. In the previous week (15th august to 21st august) I have worked 14 hours but like 4-4-6 but when it went to review i saw only 10 hours and 120$. On sunday when i cheked it was 96$ for 8 hours and sunday i have updated another 6 hour. When it comes to review it became 10 hour ad i lost my 4 hours because of upwork website bug.

I apologize to you, millions of people are working at one time at the Upwork, so, sometime the issues were occurred, the Upwork Team is already working on this issue and when the Team will construct on the issues, firstly inform to all the users.

You probably need to open a ticket with Customer Service. Also, check to see if the time that you are missing is on this week instead of last week.

Hi Bindu,
I see that you logged hours on Sunday August 14 late at night. Please, note that you can toggle between UTC and your time zone in your Work Diary while all other reports and billing is always in UTC. This can be the reason why you saw the difference in the number of hours.
You log your hours manually and although sometimes there is a slight delay with the way they are displayed under Reports, the client is billed for hours you put into your Work Diary.

Dear Upwork Support Team,
I am writing to request a payback of 2 hours that were deducted from my account recently. The deduction was made without my knowledge or consent, and I believe it was made in error.
I have reviewed my work history and do not see any reason why 2 hours should have been deducted.
I have always completed my projects on time and to the satisfaction of my clients. I have also never had any issues with payments or disputes.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I would appreciate it if you could refund the 2 hours that were deducted as soon as possible. I rely on Upwork as a source of income, and any loss of payment can have a significant impact on my finances.

Its a genuine problem that you have stated. It must be forwarded to the Upwork Team as early as possible, to fix the bug. But, may be it's a problem on your side. Whether you may have not used the tool properly or something other.
There are a number of Community Gurus, and Upwork Team Members are available on this platform, you can contact them privately and should explain your problem to them. It will be quick fix, and they will ponder upon your statement. Don't forget to post the solution in the community after the fix, as it will be of great benefit for other freelancers.

Could you please take screenshots of total time for a day that shows on your Work Diary next time you enter manual time? It would be great if the local time on your computer was visible on that screenshot. That way you could have a record of "before" and "after" if you see any discrepancies again.
Meanwhile, you can remove 1 hour from your Tuesday logs if you worked 11 hours instead of 12.

I'm working on an hourly contract since morning, but when I checked now half of worked time is missing, it shows I started working at 10.20 am, when I checked at 2.40 pm it must be 4 hours, It showed on the time tracker and then it dissapeared. Not on the contract it only shows 2hrs! What can I do? I don't think adding manual time is a solution?

I Logged the hours on Monday for the previous week and ended the contract with a successful review. Those hours are not reflected in the Reports. Is there any issue? But it's been showing in the order. @upwork
