 You can't.

For agency contracts the client hires the agency freelancer through your agency, pays the agency, and you pay the agency freelancer outside Upwork.

Concerning this same topic - who will be paying the upwork fees and taxes in that case? Is the freelancer paying only a certain persantage for the Agency fee, but they will cover the upwork fee themselves?

Hi Simona, 

All earnings for every contract under the agency go to the agency account. The Upwork service fees, and taxes will be deducted and applied, according to the details of the agency account. You may read more information about taxes for agencies in EU here, and agency finances here.
