Hi Jannatul,
You can edit the phone number any time by going to your Settings> Contact Info and then clicking "Edit" next to your location. The phone will become editable.

I need to change my phone number authorization as well. Going to Settings > Contact Info and edit does not work with me because it requires a "Text message code" verification. The code is being sent to my old phone number which is no longer with me (was last for a week now).

I'm having a similar problem: I cannot access my upwork "get paid" tab because it's asking for confirmation sent to my old mobile number, which is no longer active. I tried to resolve this by changing it to my new, but I can't even access "settings," because it's the same problem: it says to confirm it's me by typing the code sent to, once again, my old, unusable number, and there's no alternative way to receive the code. I have no access to my pay, so please tell me how I can resolve this!

Hi, I am currently locked out of my original Upwork account. I have enabled two step verification but I do not have access to the old phone number anymore. This is extremely frustrating as I have no way of changing the number or verifying my account in any other way. To even reply on this forum, I needed to login which I cannot do from my original account. I finally had to create a new Upwork account just to reply on this mail.
