how can i close contract where client is inactive

How can I close the contracts that I have been paid for but the client didn't close them. This affects my success score and it's not fair

the way job success is calculated is totally wrong.

Sure. Go to My Jobs, click the job, click End Contract and follow the instructions.

Does it?

What makes you think that it does?

Because all my jobs are paid for but the contracts are not closed and my JSS shows 70%. Why?

You have a high percentage of inactive jobs that haven't been closed and no feedback compared with the few jobs you have with feedback, which is likely having an impact. But, don't assume that these open jobs are the only issue--you have no idea what private feedback those clients who closed the contracts left, and that has a significant impact on JSS.

Sure. Go to My Jobs, click the job, click End Contract and follow the instructions.

If you have many inactive contracts just don't close them all together.

Thanks. I will try to do this
