how do I know that I've met the rising talent qualifications?

Hi I think that I have met all the Upwork rising talent program qualifications, but I'm not sure 

So is there something that tells me if have met the qualifications or not?

These are the qualifications, that I'm sure that I've met 

• Pass the Upwork Readiness Test 
• Complete projects on time and as promised to clients
• Maintain a 100% complete profile with accurate skills and genuine work
• Keep your availability status up-to-date
• Regularly submit proposals to projects that match your skill set
• Adhere to the Upwork Terms of Service

but this one I'm not really sure about it 

• Have been active in the past 90 days or joined in the past 30 days

my account is 1 year old, but I don't know what does it mean (active in the past 90) is that I've been online in the past 90 days?

or that I didn't set my profile to private in the past 90 days?

You know when the badge appears on your profile.

If there is no badge, you are not eligible. It is as simple as that.
