how do i verify if my profile has been approved?

hi there. i would like to upgrade to freelancer plus but i get a massage to say 'Your profile has not yet been approved. how do i proceed?

Hi Rasheed,

While your account was accepted, as an exclusive member of the agency, you won't be able to use your freelancer membership plan/connects. Exclusive agency members can only work on contracts under the agency. You can find more information about it here.
