how to add a specialized profile

the instructions are vague and have me going round and round. how do I locate the step-by-step wizard to add a profile?

the weird thing is, I'm not sure how i managed to add the 2nd one today and
I wanted to explain it to someone else, but am missing the one step. after
i go to profile under the find work tab, how do I begin to create the
"template"?
do I go to categories?

Hi Janie,

Please go to profile> portfolio. Just hover your mouse over to any of your portfolio items and the pencil icon will appear. Please click in and it should direct you here. You might want to check this announcement to help you select the best template for you.

Hi Sam,

Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community. I actually tried and I was able to see the option to Add a Specialized Profile. Could you please try going to Settings> Profile Settings> It should be under the Specialized Profile section here. Let us know if you still need further assistance.

That's because you already have 2 Specialized Profiles. At this time, that's the maximum number of Specialized Profiles you can have. Sorry for any inconvenience that can cause you.

This is the method of adding a "New Portfolio", not a "new specialised profile". Please tell me how can we add a new specialised profile?
