Hi Randall,

I haven't checked your account yet, but I wanted to check if you are trying to delete manual time that you logged this week or last week? If it was time that was logged last week (Monday, 3-February to Sunday, 9-February) the time to update the hours you logged for last week has passed. The hours last week is already in the Client Review Period. Every week, you have until Monday, 11:59 AM UTC to review and update changes to your Work Diary. You may read more about it here.

Let me know if you're trying to update time that was logged this week so that I can look into this further.

Hi. Yes, it was from last week. I entered manual time on Feb 7. And the
client asked about it yesterday, Feb 10. So, I apparently clicked the wrong
project as the manual time got applied to the wrong client. I kind of
figured that maybe I didn't see the check box to delete the manual time was
because it was last week. So, how do I delete the time was my Bittele
contract does not get charged?

You can't delete it any longer, as the client was already charged yesterday.

All you can do at this point is give a refund to the client you charged by accident.

The deadline for any adjustments is 12 noon UTC on Monday. Then the work diary locks and the client is charged just after.

How do I give a refund? Your user interface gets more and more complicated.
Is there a refend button?

re: "How do I give a refund?"

Navigate to the contract listing here:

Upwork -> My Jobs -> My Jobs

Click on the contract listing, to show the Contract page.

Click on the "three dots" icon.

Select "Give a refund" from the dropdown menu.

...You will be able to specify a specific amount that you want to send back to the client.
