how to get the payment if there is no fund in escrow?

Dear all,

I received a fixed job with the budget of $200, the first milestone is paid $20, and the client request does the next step, I already asked her to do that, but she didn't add fund in escrow. Therefore, I don't know if I continue to work and send her the result files. Can I get the payment from her or not?

I mean that if the client doesn't add funds in escrow, the payment can have not happened, is it possible?

can anyone give me bits of advice? I will continue to work or not?

Trang, the budget is irrelevant.

If there is $20 in escrow, you do the work you agreed to do for $20, and the client releases $20.

Is there a second task? The client need to fund escrow for that.

You don't work on a task unless the money is in escrow.

You have no way of getting paid for work unless the client funds escrow.
