how to include milestones in your working experience

Good afternoon, 

 I am a new freelancer, I got my 1st job which took me approximately 15 hours (the job was fixed price with milestones) I finished and got paid but now I have zero hours

My question is how to include my 1st job in the history to appear in hours or succeeded ?

Is that even possible? 

Note that my client account is suspended

Nope, not possible. Fixed-price jobs will appear in your work history as fixed-price (as it's shown now on your profile). There's no way to display them in hours worked. You'll have 0 hours until you finalise at least one hourly job.
