how to turn a specialized profile into the main one

Hi. I've tried to create a specialized profile, and when I'm in the search feed it's seen as "also specializes in..."

However, some freelancers get just "specializes in", they also have a general and 1 specialized profile, and the latter is the main one. How can you do it?
