how to verify payment?

Hello,

When trying to verify a payment method, I get an error message about incorrect amounts being entered (attached screenshot) although I have entered the same total amount suggested in the guide page.

now the link to verify is not here anymore, instead I see "Verification failed. Contact customer support".

any idea what I should do next?
