Your proposal should match the job in question, so nobody can tell you exactly how to write one. No two are the same. Keep it short. Say something that shows you read the job posting in full and tell the client why you think you're the right person to hire.

Use their name. Keep it short. Try to find a personal connection. Address the job rather than talking about your experience.

Sadly, a lot of it can just come down to luck. A client reached out to me simply because I share a name with his son. Sometimes you just gotta get lucky.

Thank you sir

Grammar, spelling and punctuation matter as well.
