i accidently closed my freelancer account

Hello

I have closed my freelancer account accidently when i was looking to close my client account, i have ongoing contracts and fund in the account.
this is so urgent and i was looking to talk with live support agent for hours with no success.
this si really urgent as i have commitments and i dont want to lose my client due to this mistake.
i really need to talk with someone to resolve the problem as soon as possible as the bot is not helping at all.
i wish someone reach out to me asap.
PS: i created this account just to contact the support as i cannot do it without an account
