i can't see the milestone and the amount created by the client

hi .. i am facing a wired issue .. i cann't see the milestone amount created by the client and amount is not showing i don't know what the problem is ?  .... as of now i finish the task and client end the contract but i cann't still see the amount in pending or anything else ... while the other clients activity clearly visible with the milestone amount ... please help

Are you sure it was a fixed rate contract, not an hourly one?

Did you correctly submit the work through the "submit work for payment" function on the contract?
