i was working on a hourly contract the payment method was verified and it is still verified but the thing is there was some probelm with the cleint's payment method via which the contract got paused. It happend before too so i was ok with it and stopped working after that as per upwork guidlines. Now the client is not responding. But the thing is i always do maintain a very good feedback record and i dont want a "no feedback given" on my wall so i dont wanna end the contract can some one help me here.Thank you.

Well, if the client has payment issues you can be absolutely certain that Upwork are already trying to contact the client.
One contract with "No Feedback left" won't have an adverse effect, just make sure you close a few more successfully completed contracts before you close it.
The contract being inactive for a month ot two longer will not hurt you either, the client might still re-appear and continue the contract.
Simply wait.

No need to worry about it yet, just leave the contract open for the time being, it hasn't been inactive long.
If the client is still missing in action in a month or two, you can close it yourself. Yes, that would cause a "No feedback given" contract but if you successfully close a few more contracts by then that one will not mean anything much.

Is there any way upwork can contact the cleint on my behalf? As i dont want NO Feedback on my profile and also as it is a hourly contract will it have a deadline or so as i have 100% sucess score and would love to maintain it.Thank you
