i have the "Some of your services are temporarily on hold" issue

I'm getting this "Some of your services are temporarily on hold" that requires my ID validation.
I've already sent my ID photo, though I think i might've sent it in the wrong way. I was redirected to the same ID validation page, but this time I don't have the option to put "others" as my ID method (which I did on the first time), I can only get verified via passport. And I don't have a passport.

Is there anything I can do?

As some extra details:
-I am verified via call already.
-I just finished my first job on upwork (yay!)

I'm open to give more info if needed.
