if client not responding

Hi,

 

I delivered the my job task of a project ( hours basis pricing) I was working on. Communication  were going good till the completion  of the task. Since then I haven't heard anything,  I wrote again a couple of days ago, still no reply.

 

Is 5 days an acceptable period of no-response after final delivery? What are my options in this case?

 

Thanks for any ideas or suggestions.

Sometimes, they never say anything but if you submitted to the milestone or tracked your hours, then you're fine. Escrow is auto released in 14 days.

 Did you track the hours with the Upwork tracker? In that case you will gt paid automatically, as Jen said.

Please read more about our weekly billing cycle, click the question mark below the In Review tab on the Reports > Overview page and note that your client will be automatically billed in a few hours for the time you logged on your Hourly contract last week.
