Hi, I have a serious question regarding exclusive freelancers in agency, if a client gives negative feedback in agency contract then whom it will harm? I mean whose profile’s JSS will be decreased? Exclusive freelancer’s JSS? Or Agency’s JSS? Or Owner’s?

 Both the freelancer's and the agency's.

Thanks for the answer, one more question i have. If I remove the freelancer (who has got negative feedback and low rating) from my agency than the effect on JSS will improve or not?

Hello Basit, 

Regardless if the freelancer is removed, whatever contract the freelancer did under the agency which had a good/bad feedback will affect the agency's JSS. It's the feedback on the agency contract that counts.
