im not getting my connects refunded after jobs get closed

im getting tons and tons of emails and notifications of jobs i sent propsals for getting closed and archived !! but im not getting my connects back i cant even apply for jobs now !!

I have also noticed that. But i got flashed with 6 connect refund yeterday but was taken out the next I refreshed the page.
