how i can invite my customer to upwork and what will be the service fee?

Hi Sangue,

You can share your profile URL with your client/s and once they`ve clicked on the Hire button they will be directed to a new window where they can sign up.
Regarding the fee, are you referring to the fee on your end? If yes, service fees are the same whether the contracts are hourly or fixed-price.

• $0-$500: 20%
• $500.01-$10,000: 10%
• $10,000.01 or more: 5%

Until you are top-rated, that is. But you can set up a direct contract with somebody who is not yet on upwork and pay a lesser fee, those contracts will never show up on your profile and not contribute to your rating, though.
