is client feedback displaying after full project full refund

client closed the project inbetween without discussing the scope for project so i have refund the complete billed hours for his project now does his feedback will be visible on my profile???

My understanding is that if you've fully refunded the money, their public feedback will not show on your profile.  But, private feedback will still count against your JSS as will the fact that you have a contract closed with no money.

Wes - In that event, how long does it take for such private feedback to no longer affect one's JSS?

Joan, I'm pretty sure it's the same as any other feedback--Upwork calculates 6, 12 and 24 month windows and uses the best one. So, best case scenario would be six months.
