hello.

my name is Jimmi. i was join upwork on 2014 since the name still O'desk. but just active..i mean sent first proposal on Dec 2020 and landed my first job on march 2020.

i'm qualified to rising talent badge but it said that i'm not eligible to it. i has a JJS.

can i still get the top rated badge?
