issue in changing my name on my profile.

Hi,
My name is **Edited for Community Guidelines**. Unfortunately, while creating my upwork account I put my nickname instead of real name. Now I have tried to change it in setting many times but it does not work. There is a popup informing me that your edit request is in verification, we shall let you know shortly but nor my name is changed neither i received any email form upwork.
Please help me with this issue.
