job canceled boosted connects not refund only 4 connects refunded

When a job we boosted our bid for is cancelled, do we get a refund for the boost? Or just for the basic offer?

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you are owed a refund of Connects, you will be refunded for the entire amount you bid, then charged the correct amount. I can see that Connects has been refunded for your total bid. You can validate this by going to Reports > Connects History. You may also check this help article to learn more about Boosted Proposals.
