I have an open contract that I submitted the work on August 5th but the client didn't accept as he said he is traveling and will finalize all when he returns, I am afraid my JSs will be affected due to the open inactive contract

Dalia, many things can affect JSS, but one open contract is unlikely to have any negative effect unless it stays open so long that Upwork closes it, and both you and the client will be notified before that happens.

How long has it been open? Was anything ever paid under it? I would also not allow a client to wait weeks before looking at my work, it is not your problem the client is travelling. Just submit again.
