I am a new freelancer. I have already completed three jobs at Upwork. I made some edits to my profile. I'm doing regular bits to get a job but can't find any. Please someone check my profile and I will be grateful if you give me the right solution.

I'm not the almighty top rated but I can give you a suggestion, If you can try and niche down a little bit more, I see quite different niche though related. You may have those skills but trying to make them very specific can be a saving factor. I also hope some top rated guys can give their input to this.
