HI Upwork community:

Does it decrease the jss if I close the the job after the completion of milestone 1 of 2 because of the unresponsiveness of a client and the second milestone is not activated yet.

Hi Muhammad,

 

You can still consider asking your client to close the contract if no further work needs to be done. If you don't hear back from the client, you can go ahead and close it yourself. You closing the contract doesn't have any effect on your JSS but please, note that when you close a contract, the client is notified and will have 14 days to provide their feedback on the contract. If no feedback is provided on the contract by them, it will not have an impact on your score. If the client does provide feedback, it'll be included in your score.
