I had withdrawn payments in past and it was done in a few hours, however, this time it has been 4 days and still the payment has not been reflected. I tried the support team and received an email stating it might take up to 8 working days. Why is the delay, the payment was already on hold for 5 days before I could transfer it.

The security period gives Upwork time to process and clear the payments, and resolve any disputes before funds are released to freelancers. I checked your account, and I can see that one of our team members is already assisting you regarding your concern with the funds you withdrew. Thank you!
