 No. When upwork determines a client to be not legitimate, they disable the account.

Martine, a list like that is impossible.

For those of us who understand how Upwork works, we definitely do not need a list.

It is easy to recognize scammers and identify legitimate clients.

Until you understand these things, feel free to come to the Forum with questions. You can describe what is going on and we can tell you if you are dealing with a scammer or real client.

Martine, in addition to Preston's comments I'd like to add that there's a very large amount of information within the Community regarding scammers and the like you'd be wise to review.  Simply search for specifically what you're wanting to know and view the information.
