Hello, I am new to Up work. I have a client who has been very punctual in reviewing my work and sending the payments. However, since October 12th she has not reviewed my work nor answered any of my emails. What should I do in this situation?

Don't worry if you have submitted your milestone you will automatically get paid after 14 days.

Hi Kimberly,

 

I believe I located the contract you're referring to. I see you requested the release of Escrow funds for the last Milestone on this contract 11 days ago. The funds will be automatically released to you 4 days from now in line with the Escrow release timeline, unless your client approves your request or requests changes in the meantime. after the funds are released, you can message your client and politely ask them to close your contract if they don't have more work for you at this time.
