macos desktop app stuck at "Did You Know?"

Hello,

Macbook M1 pro 16 gb RAM. Messages is working on browser. Problem happened 2 days ago. Fully uninstalled and installed again. I'm not signing using Google, I use normal username and password with 2-step authentication. I can track time but not see my messages on on desktop app. Stuck at "Did You Know?"

 

Please help.

Restart your Mac in safe mode.if it sucessfully start up in safe mode choose Apple menu

app store click update then install any available update

Click your name at the lower left of the app
Select Support and Feedback
Enter the details of your issue and click Send
