manual hours..

hi every one..

 

i wnat to khnow something about manual hours.

Actually i have a contract in which manual hours adding is enabled from client.

but when i add the manual hours.

these manual hours showing up in work diary but not in balance sheet.

my balance sheet have just those hours in which upwork time app was enabled.

 

kindly tell me if there is issue with adding manual hours.

The reports always lag behind, sometimes by a few hours.

 

As long as it is in the work diary it will be billed as the billing is done from the work diary not the reports.

 

Make sure the client has specifically agreed to you using manual time (not just failed to disable it as it is enabled by default) as you will NOT be paid should the client object to the manual time billed. There is also no protection for manual time, so use it only if 1) the client specifically said you cound AND you are aware that if there any whiff of an issue that time is unpaid.
