membership plans

I am not able to get membership plan as i set my credit card as billing methos and also there is alot of money in my credit card, but still i got the same error message?

Hi Munish,

 

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you experiencing! Please try to update your billing method or add another one! Please note that Upwork accepts the following billing methods for paying memberships: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. We also accept PayPal as billing methods for membership, but it isn't available to all freelancers, the option to use PayPal will only appear in the Add a Billing Method form if it is available to you. I tried Visa, MasterCard ( Derbit and credit card both).

Still get an issue "Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later."
